Welcome to Rainbow Asia Tour, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website or booking a tour, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Company Information

Rainbow Asia Tour, LLC is a Colorado-registered, LGBTQ+ owned small-group travel company specializing in curated tours across Asia. Our tours currently start with Japan Cherry Blossom Tours (6–8 guests). Future offerings may include standalone services such as hotels, flights, or guided experiences.

Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of $500 USD per traveler is required to secure your reservation.

  • Final payment is due 90 days before departure, unless otherwise stated in your invoice.

  • Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing or correct errors at any time prior to your booking confirmation.

Cancellation & Refunds

Refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy posted on our website. Key points:

  • Deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Refunds for cancellations are tiered based on timing and may exclude deposit and other non-recoverable fees.

  • No refunds are given for missed activities, early departure, or unused services.

Travel Documents

Guests are responsible for obtaining all necessary passports, visas, and entry permits. Rainbow Asia Tour is not responsible for denied entry, missed flights, or other travel disruptions due to incomplete documentation.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is the guest’s responsibility. Coverage should include:

  • Trip cancellation & interruption

  • Medical care & evacuation

  • Baggage loss or delay

We are not liable for expenses incurred without insurance coverage.

Health, Safety & Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions prior to travel.

  • Guests must comply with all local laws, regulations, and tour guidelines.

  • Guests are responsible for their own well-being and personal property during the tour.

Behavior & Group Conduct

  • Disruptive, abusive, or discriminatory behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.

  • Rainbow Asia Tour reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who jeopardizes group safety, cohesion, or enjoyment.

Changes & Cancellations by Rainbow Asia Tour

  • We may modify itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, local events, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • If a tour is canceled by us, guests will be offered:

    1. A full refund of all payments made (including deposit), or

    2. A credit transfer to a future tour, or

    3. Rebooking on a similar itinerary, if available.

  • We are not responsible for third-party fees such as flights, visas, or insurance not purchased through Rainbow Asia Tour.

Liability & Force Majeure

  • Rainbow Asia Tour acts solely as an agent for hotels, transportation, and activity providers.

  • We are not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

    • Natural disasters

    • Pandemics or public health emergencies

    • Political unrest or acts of terrorism

    • Strikes or labor disputes

    • Travel delays or cancellations

  • Guests assume all inherent risks of travel, and no refunds are guaranteed for cancellations due to force majeure.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, videos, and other materials, is owned by Rainbow Asia Tour, LLC. Guests may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without explicit permission.

Indemnification

Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rainbow Asia Tour, LLC, its employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in tours or use of our services.​

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Colorado.

Modifications to Terms

Rainbow Asia Tour reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website and apply to all new bookings after the effective date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
